Do I need an appointment to get my picture taken?
No, we do not need you to take an appointment beforehand. We offer walk-in services so feel free to visit us any time that is convenient for you.
When can I pick my photos up?
If you have the time to wait for up to 10 minutes after getting your picture taken at our studio, you will be provided with the photos right away. If you are in a hurry and would prefer to pick them up later, that is possible too.
Do I need to bring any documents with me?
No, you do not need to bring any documents. Anything that we need we can pull up on our computerized systems.
What should I wear?
You may wear anything you deem appropriate as long as it is not white or of a light colours such as cream or grey. This is because according to Government guidelines you are required to have a white background behind your passport photo and your clothes need to present enough of a contrast that they are clearly visible and distinguishable from the background.
Is it ok if I wear my glasses?
For best results we advise you to take off your glasses for the picture. However, you can discuss this with the staff and if you would like to keep them on, you may. We only suggest that you take them off to avoid the possibility of a glare.
Are you affiliated with the Government of Canada?
No, we are not affiliated with the Government. We are an independent photography studio that does passport and ID pictures. For any queries about your passport please contact the relevant Government department.
What are the supported payment methods?
We accept payments in cash and with debit cards.
What is your return policy?
Yes, we have a 30 day return policy. If you can return the unused item within that time, we will accept it happily.
Do you offer home delivery?
Yes, we do order home delivery. And for orders above $99 delivery is free.
I don’t know the required photo specifications. Will you have the information?
Yes, we keep our systems up to date with the guidelines specified by the government so our staff will be able to guide you in this regard.
